PIZZA PUFF

Serves 3 (9-10 pieces)

Ingredients

  • 1 puff pastry dough (30x30cm)
  • ½ cup roughly chopped chicken breast
  • ½ cup pineapple
  • ½ cup champignon mushroom
  • ½ cup mozzarella cheese
  • ½ tbsp tomato puree
  • 2 tbsp tomato ketchup
  • 1 tsp origano
  • ½ tsp ground pepper
  • ½ tsp salt
  • 2 sticks Equal Gold Sweetener

Preparation

  1. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees.
  2. In a bowl, mix together chicken breast, tomato puree, tomato ketchup, oregano, ground pepper, salt and Equal Gold Sweetener.
  3. Flatten the dough and make it thin evenly. Press a mould on the dough to create heart-shaped pies. Place a generous amount of pizza sauce in the center of the dough.
  4. Moisten the edge of the dough with water and cover it with flattened dough. Press all the edges tightly and bring them in the oven to cook for 20-25 minutes until golden.
  5. Serves 3 (9-10 pieces)
