PIZZA PUFF
Serves 3 (9-10 pieces)
Ingredients
- 1 puff pastry dough (30x30cm)
- ½ cup roughly chopped chicken breast
- ½ cup pineapple
- ½ cup champignon mushroom
- ½ cup mozzarella cheese
- ½ tbsp tomato puree
- 2 tbsp tomato ketchup
- 1 tsp origano
- ½ tsp ground pepper
- ½ tsp salt
- 2 sticks Equal Gold Sweetener
Preparation
- Preheat the oven to 180 degrees.
- In a bowl, mix together chicken breast, tomato puree, tomato ketchup, oregano, ground pepper, salt and Equal Gold Sweetener.
- Flatten the dough and make it thin evenly. Press a mould on the dough to create heart-shaped pies. Place a generous amount of pizza sauce in the center of the dough.
- Moisten the edge of the dough with water and cover it with flattened dough. Press all the edges tightly and bring them in the oven to cook for 20-25 minutes until golden.
- Serves 3 (9-10 pieces)
