
THE ULTIMATE GREEN SMOOTHIE
Serves 1 as breakfast, or 2 as a snack (diabetes friendly)

Ingredients
- ¼ ripe avocado
 - Handful of fresh spinach
 - ½ fresh mango
 - 1 small banana
 - 1 Tbsp chia seeds
 - 2 Tbsp natural yoghurt
 - 1 stick Equal Classic Sweetener
 - Splash of preferred milk
 - 1 cup of ice
 
Preparation
- Add ingredients to a blender and blend until smooth.
 - Serve immediately.
