SUMMER BERRY SMOOTHIE
Serves 1
Ingredients
- 1 small banana
- 1 frozen mango cheek
- 100g frozen blueberries
- 1 Tbsp chia seeds
- ¼ avocado
- 2 Tbsp fat free natural yoghurt
- 1 stick Equal Classic Sweetener
- 1 splash low fat or almond milk
To top with (optional)
- 1 Tbsp extra chia seeds
Preparation
- Blend the banana, mango, blueberries, chia seeds and avocado and Equal Classic Sweetener until smooth. Pour into a glass and top with optional ingredients.
- Serve immediately.
