Whisk together eggs, salt and Equal Gold Sweetener.
Heat the pan over medium heat. Coat the pan with a thin layer of oil. Pour ¼ egg mixture in the pan and wait until the bottom of the egg has set. Then place crab sticks on the egg and start rolling from one side to the other while the egg surface is still soft.
Move the egg to one side of a pan and pour another ¼ egg mixture in the pan. Wait until the bottom of the egg gets firm, then starts rolling from one side to the other. Let it cool down.
Slice rolled omelet into bite-size pieces. Sprinkle over the top with black sesame and kaiware.
